The Custom-diesel.com order number you would like the discount applied to
The Custom-diesel.com item number (SKU) or description from the product page or your receipt
The Web address of the product listing from the qualified Internet retailer
The date you saw the competitor's product at that price
The amount of the refund you are requesting
