RETURN POLICY (CORE RETURNS HAVE A DIFFERENT POLICY, INFO AT BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE) You may return most new, unopened items purchased from Custom Diesel within 30 days of delivery for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Opened/installed items may be non-returnable. Please note: We reserve the right to adjust or refuse the refund depending on condition of packaging and contents. All returns will be subject to inspection (we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment). Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, pieces and parts in order to avoid being penalized. Any items that are used, damaged or altered are not refundable. Some items, including Special Orders and some non-stocked items may not be returnable. Although we offer "free" shipping to you, it is not free to us and therefore may be deducted from refunds when appropriate. Custom Diesel will not accept returns for items without obtaining a Return Authorization. Items returned without first obtaining an RMA will not receive credit. Return Procedure 1. Call in to get a return material authorization number (RMA) 2. Prepare your package in it's original packaging including all product pieces and paperwork 3. Ship it (be sure to insure it properly, as we are not responsible until we receive the return into our warehouse) 4. Be sure to keep your tracking number to ensure return delivery Reimbursement Eligibility Within 30 Days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees and shipping charges After 30 Days of invoice date: store credit only, less any restocking fees and shipping charges After 90 Days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 90 days Replacement Policy Custom Diesel stands behind our products. If you received an item that has manufacturer defects, please contact us and we will take care of replacing that item for you. Order Cancellation Cancellations can only be made by speaking directly with a customer service representative. All cancellations are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee, as this was paid by us to process your order. Cancellation requests on orders that have already shipped will be credited less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Any circumstances that occur outside of our control, such as delays due to bad weather, are not valid cause for cancellation and will be subject to all usual return fees. Disputes/Chargebacks If a chargeback is initiated, you will be charged a $50.00 fee and referred to our collection agency. When You Can Expect Your Refund Refunds are submitted within 5 business days of recieving the returned item/items.
