ALUMINUM TAILGATE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1.    Before beginning tailgate installation, check the carton you have received to make sure it reflects the correct part number/application listing for your vehicle. If this information is correct for your vehicle, remove the tailgate from the carton. Further verify that you have the correct part by referencing the part label located on the bottom of the tail gate.

2.    To begin installation, detach the support cables from the factory tailgate (leaving them attached to the truck bed). Remove the tailgate from the truck bed by positioning the tailgate approximately half open (about 45 degrees) and gently pulling it away from the vehicle.

3.    Install your new Husky Liners tailgate in the same manner the factory tailgate was removed. Once installed, attach the original Ford tailgate support cables to the lower most bolt on each side of the tailgate.

4.    Remove the original latch striker pins from the pickup box with a Torx® head wrench. Next, remove the washer and plastic bushing from the striker pin and slide on the Husky Liners supplied tubing (this tubing replaces the factory tubing). Replace the washer and re-install the striker pin.

5.    Adjust the striker pins up/down/forward/backwards with a Torx® wrench as needed to provide for a smooth and complete latch operation.

6.    CARE AND USE:  Your Husky Liners aluminum tailgate is Bright Coat Finished for years of good looks. Maintain it as you would the painted areas of your truck (wash and wax). DO NOT use abrasive polishes or chrome cleaners.

Thank you for selecting a weatherbeater™ Floor Liner from Winfield Consumer Products. Your new front floor liners are custom molded to fit your Ford Fusion (not All-Wheel Drive). The liners are made to take the place of your factory floor mats. For correct fit, it is necessary to remove the factory floor mats before installing your new floor liners. However, do not remove the factory-installed carpeting.

Your liners are made from an engineering resin that is lightweight and extremely tough and durable. The easiest way to clean your liners is with a damp cloth or sponge. If using a cleaner, 409® or Glass Plus® work well. Use of Armor All®, Son-of-a-Gun® or similar items is discouraged as these products make the liners slick.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR FORD FUSION FRONT HUSKY LINERS® weatherbeater™ FLOOR LINERS

To ease installation of your ford fusion front liners, move the front seats to their most rearward position. With this done, install the liners positioned as shown above. Once liners are in place, reposition the front seats as desired. **this part will not fit applications with all-wheel drive (awd). Use part #9976 for awd models.

YOUR LINER COMES MOLDED WITH STA-PUT NIBS ON THE BACK SURFACE OF THE LINER TOHELP RETAIN IT IN PLACE. ADDITIONALLY, WE HAVE INCLUDED AND OPTIONAL VELCRO®ANCHORING SYSTEM TO FURTHER SECURE YOUR LINER. TO INSTALL THE OPTIONALANCHORING SYSTEM, JUST FOLLOW THE STEPS LISTED BELOW.

FIRST, LOCATE THE HARDWARE BAG INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING BOX. INSIDE THE BAG YOUWILL FIND 2 (TWO) ANCHOR SCREWS WITH THE “LOOP” PORTION OF THE VELCRO® ALREADYFRONT OFVEHICLE. ALSO INCLUDED ARE 2 (TWO) VELCRO® HOOK PADS THAT WILL NEED TO BE APPLIEDTO YOUR LINER.

BEFORE POSITIONING THE VELCRO® PADS ON YOUR LINER, IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO REMOVEANY NIBS THAT WOULD KEEP THE PADS FROM LAYING FLAT. A PAIR OF CLIPPERS WORK WELLFOR REMOVING NIBS. PHOTOS 1 AND 2 BELOW SHOW WHERE A NIB HAS BEEN REMOVED AND AVELCRO® PAD INSTALLED. INSTALL THE HOOK PADS TOWARD THE BACK EDGE OF THE LINERSITUATED OPPOSITE OF EACH OTHER. CHOOSE A FLAT AREA UNDERNEATH WHICH THE CARPETSCREW CAN BE INSTALLED. PRE-FITTING THE LINER WILL HELP DETERMINE “GOOD”LOCATIONS.

FINALLY, INSTALL THE LINER IN YOUR VEHICLE MAKING SURE IT IS PROPERLY ALIGNED. THEANCHOR SCREWS WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN YOUR FACTORY CARPET DIRECTLY BENEATHTHE VELCRO® HOOK PATCHES YOU APPLIED. TO ALIGN, PULL UP A CORNER OF THE LINER ASSHOWN IN PHOTO 3 BELOW. ATTACH THE ANCHOR SCREW TO THE PAD (THE VELCRO WILLHOLD THE SCREW TO THE LINER) THEN LOWER THE RAISED EDGE AND NOTE THE POSITIONWHERE THE SCREW MEETS THE VEHICLE CARPET. INSERT THE ANCHOR SCREW AT THISLOCATION AND REPEAT THE PROCEDURE FOR THE OTHER VELCRO® LOCATION.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:  CHEVROLET/GMC SILVERADO/SIERRA  CREW CAB – PART NO. 09001

Congratulations on your purchase of the Husky Gear Box.  The Gear Box was designed to fit under the rear seat of your truck or SUV.  The Gear Box gives you a place to store loose items and clutter and ultimately help keep your vehicle organized.  It’s designed to fit your vehicle with or without your Husky Liners in place and only takes a few minutes to install.     

PACKAGE CONTENTS

Gear Box – Part No: 09001 (1) Safety Straps with Strap Locks (2) Dividers (2)  Installation Instructions (1)  

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Open and remove the Gear Box from the shipping box and protective plastic bag.

2) Install the safety straps into slots located on the back wall of the Gear Box.  The strap locks should be upright with the hinge facing away from the Gear Box. 

3) Lift the rear seats into the upright position and install the Gear Box.  The safety straps should be facing towards rear of your vehicle.

4) Install the passenger side strap through the hole in the passenger side metal seat bracket.  Feed the strap through the strap lock and fasten.  Pull on the strap to make sure the strap and the strap lock has been properly fastened. 

5) Install the drivers side strap around the lower metal seat belt bracket (Figure 4).  Make sure that the strap is around the metal and not just around the seat belt itself.  Once again, feed strap through lock and fasten.  Pull on the strap to make sure it is properly fastened.

6) Install the 2 dividers and you are ready to organize.  If you are storing long items it may be       necessary to remove the dividers.  Also, small loose items can potentially roll around and       become somewhat annoying.  Simply place these items in a rag, towel, etc… roll them up       and place in the Gear Box.

Easy Restoration Back to Stock

The iTSX Wireless Vehicle Programmer backs up your factory PCM program during installation should you ever need to return your vehicle to the stock program. Restoring your vehicle to the stock PCM program is as easy as selecting "Return to Stock" from the device menu. With all SCT devices, once returned to stock, there is no footprint or trace of the tune in the vehicle's PCM.
